{trigger.tag_removed} Tag Name. Name of the tag that was removed {trigger.removed_by} Removed By. Who removed the tag {lead.name} Contact Name. Contact's name (from lead record) {lead.username} Contact Username. Contact's @username (from lead record) How to add it
- Open Workflows in the app and create or open a workflow.
- Click the trigger at the top and pick Tag Removed under Contact Events.
- Fill in its settings, then save and turn the workflow on.
