{trigger.field_name} Field Name. Name of the custom variable that changed {trigger.old_value} Old Value. Previous value of the field {trigger.new_value} New Value. New value of the field {lead.name} Contact Name. Contact's name (from lead record) {lead.username} Contact Username. Contact's @username (from lead record) How to add it
- Open Workflows in the app and create or open a workflow.
- Click the trigger at the top and pick Custom Variable Changed under Contact Events.
- Fill in its settings, then save and turn the workflow on.
