{trigger.tag_added} Tag Name. Name of the tag that was added {trigger.added_by} Added By. Who added the tag (user or system) {lead.name} Contact Name. Contact's name (from lead record) {lead.username} Contact Username. Contact's @username (from lead record) How to add it
- Open Workflows in the app and create or open a workflow.
- Click the trigger at the top and pick Tag Added under Contact Events.
- Fill in its settings, then save and turn the workflow on.
