{trigger.message_content} Reply Text. Text of the story reply {trigger.story_id} Story ID. ID of the story that was replied to {trigger.media_url} Story Media URL. URL of the story media {lead.username} Sender Username. Sender's Instagram @username (from lead record) {lead.name} Sender Name. Sender's name (from lead record) How to add it
- Open Workflows in the app and create or open a workflow.
- Click the trigger at the top and pick Story Reply under Instagram.
- Fill in its settings, then save and turn the workflow on.
