Variables this trigger adds

Use these in any later step, alongside the usual lead, agency and date variables.

{trigger.message_count} Message Count. Number of messages in the conversation so far
{lead.name} Contact Name. Contact's name (from lead record)
{lead.username} Contact Username. Contact's @username (from lead record)

How to add it

  1. Open Workflows in the app and create or open a workflow.
  2. Click the trigger at the top and pick Conversation Message Count under Instagram.
  3. Fill in its settings, then save and turn the workflow on.
