Use these in any later step, alongside the usual lead, agency and date variables.

{trigger.message_content} Comment Text. Text of the comment

{trigger.post_id} Post ID. Instagram ID of the post that was commented on

{trigger.media_type} Media Type. Post or Reel

{lead.username} Commenter Username. Commenter's Instagram @username (from lead record)

{lead.name} Commenter Name. Commenter's name (from lead record)

Open Workflows in the app and create or open a workflow.
Click the trigger at the top and pick Post or Reel Comments under Instagram.
Fill in its settings, then save and turn the workflow on.
