How to add it
- Open Workflows in the app and create or open a workflow.
- Click + where you want the step and pick Generate Summary under CRM & Tags.
- Fill in its settings, then save and turn the workflow on.
For the API and MCP
When you build workflows through the Inflowave API or the MCP server, this action is generate_conversation_summary. See the MCP documentation.
