The Links & Web section of the Inflowave Knowledge Base contains step-by-step guides, troubleshooting tips, and best practices for getting the most out of our Instagram CRM platform. Whether you're setting up your workspace for the first time, scaling an agency across multiple client accounts, or configuring advanced automations, the articles in this section walk through every feature with screenshots and concrete examples. Every article in the Links & Web category is written by the Inflowave product team and covers the exact workflow real users follow inside the app. You'll find explanations of the underlying Instagram API requirements, concrete examples of how agencies and coaches configure each module, and the edge cases and rate limits to watch out for. Articles are regularly updated to reflect the latest Instagram platform changes, Meta compliance updates, and improvements we ship to Inflowave itself - so bookmark the pages you rely on and check back after major releases.
Before diving into individual articles, make sure you have an active Inflowave workspace and at least one Instagram account connected. Many guides assume you've completed the Get Started setup and finished Onboarding. If you're evaluating Inflowave and don't have an account yet, you can start a 7-day free trial directly from the pricing page - . For enterprise customers and agencies managing 20+ accounts, our team can also provide a personalized onboarding session and dedicated Slack support via the partnership program.
Inflowave Links is a link-in-bio page that is part of the CRM rather than a separate product. That is the whole point of it: a normal bio-link tool tells you a link was clicked, and Inflowave tells you who clicked it and what happened next. You can run one page per client account, put it on your own domain, route different audiences to different destinations, and sell directly from the page through your own Stripe account.
A trackable link is a short URL that sits in front of a destination and records who used it. The difference from a plain UTM link is where the data ends up: UTM parameters land in your web analytics, disconnected from the person, while a trackable link attaches the click to a contact in the CRM. When that person later shows up in your DMs, the two are already joined. If you have connected a custom domain, links are issued on your domain instead of the default inflowave.io one.
This is the part of Inflowave that watches your website rather than your Instagram. It answers a different question from your CRM: not who the lead is, but why the page did or did not convert them. Heatmaps show the aggregate - where attention goes, how far down people scroll, where they click things that are not links. Recordings show the individual, which is usually where you find the actual problem.
The builder exists because the slowest part of shipping a site is usually the first draft, not the editing. You describe the business and what the site is for, and it produces a full page set you can change. Sites built here can be pointed at a custom domain and tracked with a pixel so you can see how they perform, which is the advantage of building it inside the same platform as the CRM.
A funnel differs from a website in that every element exists to move someone to one next action. The studio is built around that: it produces the page and the capture mechanism together, and the leads it captures land in your CRM pipeline rather than in a spreadsheet or a disconnected form tool. That connection is the reason to build it here rather than in a standalone funnel product.
