Retell AI Call
Has an AI voice agent (powered by Retell) call the contact and hold a real conversation, for example to qualify a lead or confirm a booking.
A step you can add to a workflow.
Business plan and up Calling is in beta and needs phone calling turned on for your account.
How to add it
- Open Workflows in the app and create or open a workflow.
- Click + where you want the step and pick Retell AI Call under Calls.
- Fill in its settings, then save and turn the workflow on.

When you build workflows through the Inflowave API or the MCP server, this action is ai_voice_call. See the MCP documentation.
