Make Call
Places a phone call that connects a team member to the contact. You can whisper context to your team member before the call connects.
A step you can add to a workflow.
Business plan and up Calling is in beta and needs phone calling turned on for your account.
How to add it
- Open Workflows in the app and create or open a workflow.
- Click + where you want the step and pick Make Call under Calls.
- Fill in its settings, then save and turn the workflow on.

When you build workflows through the Inflowave API or the MCP server, this action is make_call. See the MCP documentation.
