{trigger.document_name} Document Name. Title of the document that was opened {trigger.document_id} Document ID. ID of the document {trigger.recipient_name} Viewer Name. Name of the recipient who opened it {trigger.recipient_email} Viewer Email. Email of the recipient who opened it How to add it
- Open Workflows in the app and create or open a workflow.
- Click the trigger at the top and pick Document Viewed under Documents.
- Fill in its settings, then save and turn the workflow on.
