Appointment status
Yes if the contact's appointment has the status you choose, such as booked, confirmed, cancelled or no-show.
A check you can use in an If/Else step. Contacts who match go down the Yes path, everyone else goes down No.

How to add it
- Open Workflows in the app and create or open a workflow.
- Add an If/Else step and pick Appointment status as the condition.
- Fill in its settings, then save and turn the workflow on.
