Sends a WhatsApp message to the contact from your connected WhatsApp number.

A step you can add to a workflow.

All plans Needs a connected WhatsApp number.

How to add it

  1. Open Workflows in the app and create or open a workflow.
  2. Click + where you want the step and pick Send WhatsApp DM under Messaging.
  3. Fill in its settings, then save and turn the workflow on.

When you build workflows through the Inflowave API or the MCP server, this action is send_whatsapp_message. See the MCP documentation.
