Send Instagram DM
Sends an Instagram DM to the contact. Add text, images, video, voice notes, buttons or quick replies, and use variables like {lead.first_name} to personalise it.

How to add it
- Open Workflows in the app and create or open a workflow.
- Click + where you want the step and pick Send Instagram DM under Messaging.
- Fill in its settings, then save and turn the workflow on.
