{trigger.url} Link. Direct link to the conversation. high_intent only

{trigger.source} Where. Platform it was found on, e.g. reddit

{trigger.community} Community. Subreddit or forum, e.g. r/gohighlevel

{trigger.author} Who said it. Public username. NOT a lead, we hold no account there

{trigger.competitor_mentioned} Competitor mentioned. Competitor named in the conversation, when one is

{trigger.pain_point} Their complaint. What they are unhappy about

{trigger.intent} What they want. 'purchase' or 'switching'. high_intent only

{trigger.urgency} How soon. high | medium | low. high_intent only

{trigger.relevance_score} Match quality. 0-1, always >= 0.7 here. high_intent only

{trigger.suggested_action} Suggested action. What we think is worth doing, when we have a view

How to add it

Open Workflows in the app and create or open a workflow.
Click the trigger at the top and pick Someone is talking about your market under Social Listening.
Fill in its settings, then save and turn the workflow on.
