Use these in any later step, alongside the usual lead, agency and date variables.
{trigger.order_id} Order ID. Shopify order id the refund was issued against {trigger.order_value} Order Value. Value of the original order {trigger.currency} Currency. Order currency (e.g. USD) {lead.name} Customer Name. Customer's name (from lead record) {lead.email} Customer Email. Customer's email (from lead record) How to add it
- Open Workflows in the app and create or open a workflow.
- Click the trigger at the top and pick Refund Created under Shopify.
- Fill in its settings, then save and turn the workflow on.
