Engagement score

Compares the contact's engagement score.

A check you can use in an If/Else step. Contacts who match go down the Yes path, everyone else goes down No.

How to add it

Open Workflows in the app and create or open a workflow.
Add an If/Else step and pick Engagement score as the condition.
Fill in its settings, then save and turn the workflow on.

For the API and MCP

When you build workflows through the Inflowave API or the MCP server, this condition is lead_engagement_score_greater_than. See the MCP documentation.
