Removes the contact from one of your lists.

How to add it
- Open Workflows in the app and create or open a workflow.
- Click + where you want the step and pick Remove from List under Lists.
- Fill in its settings, then save and turn the workflow on.

When you build workflows through the Inflowave API or the MCP server, this action is remove_from_list. See the MCP documentation.
